founder of the Company, Steve is the Chairman of the Board
and President. He had served as Chairman of the Board and
a Director of the Company from 1983 (and of its predecessor
from 1978 to 1983), as President of the Company from November
1991 through November 1998 and beginning January 2003. He
also held the position of Chief Executive Officer from 1983
through November 2001. |

founder of the Company, David is the Chief Executive Officer.
He has served as Chief Executive Officer since November 2001,
President from December 1998 until January 2003 and as a Director
of the Company since 1983. In addition, David served as Executive
Vice President of the Company from December 1987 through November
1998 and as Chief Operating Officer of the Company from April
1991 through November 1998. |

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Dave
is our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and
Treasurer. Dave is responsible for the financial and administrative
management of the company, including; banking, investor, and
legal relationships. He plays an active role in the development
and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives. Dave
has many years of experience and accomplishments and has served
as CFO at several healthcare staffing firms, including both
private and public companies. Most recently he was the CFO
of Progressive Nursing Staffers Inc, a large regional medical
staffing company, where he also served as a member of the
Executive Committee. Previously, he had served as CFO of Professional
Care Inc, a healthcare services company with 40 offices nationwide.
He also served as the CFO and Secretary of Galt Corporation
and VP of Finance at Electronic Diagnostic Imaging Inc. Mr.
Kimbell, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hofstra University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant. |
